As children grow at individual rates, age is only a guide in selecting your child’s correct size. If you are unsure of your child’s size, please contact us.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and come with complimentary tracking.
Australian orders can be sent via standard post (flat rate $8.00AUD) or express post (flat rate of $10.00AUD) so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. Express post typically takes 1-2 business day in metropolitan areas, please allow extra time for regional areas.
Free standard shipping within Australia is available on orders over $100AUD.
International orders are shipped via standard international post (flat rate of $20AUD, 6-10 business days), and you can of course upgrade to international express shipping ($40AUD, 3-4 business days delivery to most metropolitan areas worldwide).
Free standard international shipping is available on orders over $200AUD.
Any applicable duties and customs on international orders remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate! We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, or those delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to check stock availability and whether we have the items you want ready-to-ship. Please understand we are not responsible for the speed of shipping couriers, and ask us if you need a special request.

We hope that you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we can exchange your pieces depending on availability. If the piece you want is not in stock and cannot be made to order, you may receive store credit to the value of your purchase upon receiving your returned order (valid for one year). Return shipping is at your expense.
Please be sure to check our sizing chart, and if in doubt, contact us.
If a piece is faulty or damaged, we will replace it upon receiving your returned order. Your return shipping cost will be refunded to you. Please contact us within 14 days of your order arriving to arrange this.
All pieces being returned for any reason must be unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached.
As most pieces are made to order, we do not exchange for change of mind.
